Orders received by 1:00PM PST, Monday through Friday, will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. If your order is received after 1:00PM, shipment occurs the following business day for in-stock items. For items ordered after 1:00pm on a Friday, shipment will occur on the following Monday, for in-stock items. Due to constantly fluctuating stock levels we regret we are not able to update our website to reflect current availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified by email within two business days with the expected availability date.

All backorders are shipped standard.

We do not ship to post office boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

We will exchange the size or style only if it is within 5 days of your delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs. If we receive such goods, your account will be charge $25 and the items returned to you.

In order to do an exchange, you must first email us at customerservice@soniaveraswimwear.com, to be assigned an authorization number. This number must be clearly written on the Reason for Exchange Form that you return to us. We must receive the item you are exchanging within 10 days of the time you were issued the Return Authorization Number. There will be a shipping charge for every exchange or if additional items are ordered. Any customer doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and is no longer able to purchase from Sonia Vera Swimwear.

In the unlikely event the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.

Due to different qualities in computer screens, some items may appear a slightly different shade in person.

Sonia Vera Swimwear is made from some of the finest imported Italian and French fabric and trim. Although our suits are treated to be worn in chlorinated and sea water, it is recommended that all swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap after such usage, then laid flat to dry.

We ship international (outside U.S.) using Federal Express. For international purchases please send us an email at info@soniaveraswimwear.com with the items you would like to purchase along with your address and country you live in, so that we me give you a FedEx international quote. A minimum of $30.00 will be charged to international shipping. Sonia Vera Swimwear is NOT responsible for lost packages shipped outside of the U.S.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Sonia Vera Swimwear does not collect duty or taxes for international orders and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact you local customs office.
